We publish two variants of the data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag). Both are readable by anyone. Only one of them applies to a given organization.
The agreement used by default for customers outside the EU/EEA.
EU vendor hosting, included by default for EU/EEA customers.
Reading, accepting or downloading either variant does not change how or where your workloads run. The applicable agreement is a contractual record; hosting configuration is a separate matter and is never altered by an action taken on this page.
