KugelAudio has a built-in Cognigy Voice Gateway custom vendor endpoint. Register it once as a speech service in the Self-Service Portal, then select it in the nodes of your flow.

How it works

What the integration does

  • Register once

    Add KugelAudio as a custom vendor with the TTS HTTP URL, your API key as the token and a voice ID.

  • Streaming playback

    Turn on text-to-speech streaming and audio starts playing while the rest of the utterance is still being generated.

  • Azure container route and EU host

    Plans without a custom vendor can register KugelAudio as an Azure Speech container. api.eu.kugelaudio.com keeps traffic in the EU.

The vendor URL and a key check

Enter the URL as the TTS HTTP URL of the custom vendor. If synthesis fails, run the curl request: 200 means the API key is good.
